Terms and Conditions (T&C) for the Apartment Building Schanzelgasse 50 in Graz

1. Scope of Application

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts and agreements between the Apartment Building Schanzelgasse 50, hereinafter referred to as "landlord," and the guests, hereinafter referred to as "tenants," who rent accommodation at Schanzelgasse 50 in Graz.

1.2. Deviating agreements or terms and conditions of the tenant are only valid if confirmed in writing by the landlord.

2. Conclusion of Contract

2.1. The contract for renting an apartment is concluded by the acceptance of the tenant's booking request by the landlord. Acceptance is made in writing, electronically, or verbally.

2.2. The landlord reserves the right to decline bookings without stating reasons.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

3.1. The prices indicated are final prices and include all ancillary costs and taxes (with the exception of the tourist tax of 2.50 per person and night).

3.2. The landlord may require a deposit, the amount and due date of which will be specified in the contract or booking confirmation.

3.3. The remaining payment is generally made before the tenant's arrival at the apartment building. The landlord may agree on a different payment deadline.

3.4. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

4. Cancellation and No-show

4.1. The tenant can cancel the booking free of charge up to 30 days before the agreed rental start date. For cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, the landlord is entitled to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the agreed rental price.

4.2. In the case of no-show without cancellation, the tenant is obliged to pay 100% of the agreed rental price.

5. Arrival and Departure

5.1. Check-in is usually possible from 16:00. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 at the latest.

5.2. Deviating arrival and departure times can be individually agreed upon.

6. Liability and Obligations of the Tenant

6.1. The tenant is obliged to treat the apartment and the furnishings with care and to report any damage to the landlord immediately.

6.2. The tenant is liable for all damages caused by him or his accompanying persons.

6.3. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and throughout the building. In case of non-compliance, the landlord can charge a cleaning fee and may terminate the tenant prematurely if necessary.

6.4. Pets are only allowed after prior agreement with the landlord.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. Should a provision of these T&C be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

7.2. The law of the Republic of Austria applies. Place of jurisdiction is Graz.

Rules

1. check-in is possible from 4 pm around the clock with code.
2. check-out is until 10am on the day of departure. Please leave the apartment clean and tidy so we can prepare it for the next guest.
3. smoking is not allowed in the whole building. Please smoke only in the designated places outside.
4. please avoid noise in the staircase after 8 pm, so as not to disturb other guests.
5. please keep the apartment clean and tidy. In case of excessive soiling beyond normal use, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees.
6. please note that we are not liable for lost or stolen items. We therefore recommend that you keep your valuables safe.
7. please inform us immediately if anything in the apartment is damaged or not working. We will do our best to fix the problem as soon as possible.
8. please respect the neighbors and other guests. Avoid inappropriate behavior and respect the quiet hours.

Cancellation

Cancellation Policy for the Apartment Building near LKH in Schanzelgasse 50, Graz

To ensure a pleasant and transparent experience for all guests, we have established the following cancellation policy for our apartment building near LKH in Schanzelgasse 50, Graz:

Free Cancellation:
Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to 14 days before the check-in date. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before check-in:
If the cancellation is made between 14 and 7 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
Cancellation within 7 days before check-in:
For cancellations made within 7 days before the check-in date, no refund will be provided. In this case, 100% of the booking amount is due.
No-Show:
In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the entire booking amount will be retained, and no refund will be issued.
Early Departure:
For early departures, the entire booking amount will be retained, and no refund will be issued.
Cancellation by the Landlord:
In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to cancel a booking. In such cases, we will make every effort to offer you alternative accommodation or provide a full refund.
Cancellation Request:
To cancel a booking, please contact us by email or phone, providing your booking number and the reasons for the cancellation. We will confirm the cancellation and process the refund according to the conditions mentioned above.
Please note that cancellation requests will only be processed during our business hours (Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00).

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover potential financial losses due to cancellations or changes to your travel plans.
